How do you ship packages?

Staraxe Ltd has Warehouses in London (UK), Hong Kong and China.

  • We offer FREE shipping on all our products unless you choose a method at checkout. We dispatch goods in the most efficient and cost effective method and location. All in the effort to offer high quality products at affordable prices.
  • Products shipped from UK will be sent via Royal Mail or UPS.
  • Products from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket, DHL or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide Free shipping to over 200 countries around the world.

However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We will do our best to deal with customs and taxes prior to item arriving.  In most order you will not need to deal with customs.

However we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have arrived in your country.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Please contact us if you need information and support.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. We will ship items as fast as possible. Below are our shippment estimates

Download Codes

All download Codes will be sent after verification checks and payment confirmation.
For new accounts this may take upto 24 hours.
New accounts and customers are limited to 1 Download code within 24 hours, due to security and verification of account.

For all other customers DLC codes will be sent usually between 1 to 24 hours. 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
